We are seeking a suitability qualified and highly motivated Engineering professional to join the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) as an MOCC Officer – Fleet Maintenance Planner.  This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engineering excellence, confident in working within regulated aviation environments, and dedicated to supporting safe, efficient operations while contributing to the long-term success of our regional network.This is a 14-day rotating shift work position, based at our head office in Mascot, NSW. Position ResponsibilitiesScheduling of aircraft fleet to ensure the required operating schedule is met and aircraft maintenance requirements are scheduled appropriately. Production of short and long term maintenance forecasts. Liaising with Operations, maintenance providers and other company departments regarding daily fleet operations. Perform additional duties as they arise through operational and aircraft maintenance requirements.Key Selection CriteriaExperience in an airline operational environment. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel). Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and multitask in a high workflow environment. Highly developed communication skills. Must be able to work a rotating shift roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
