The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring stores are operated in compliance with AAPM Part 145 MOE’s and CASA/EASA regulatory requirements
  • Purchasing commercial and aircraft parts in support of company operations.
  • Receipt, issue, storage, packaging, and dispatch of aircraft parts and non-aircraft items
  • Updating electronic inventory systems for receipting, issuing, and disposal of items
  • Maintaining appropriate stock levels and carry out stock takes as required
  • Incoming inspection of components and materials, including conformity checks against delivery requirements
  • Identify and propose improvements to stores processes and procedures
  • Promote workplace safety by identifying hazards and reporting issues beyond your area of control
  • Perform other reasonable duties as directed by the supervisor

Selection Criteria

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of aircraft components or aviation maintenance environments (advantageous but not essential)
  • Prior stores or warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential)
