Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

Opportunities exist for suitably qualified Engineers throughout various locations within the Rex network (Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland) in full-time capacity.Our Aircraft Maintenance Engineers are responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on Regional Express Group’s aircraft and aircraft components, and ground equipment, within a maintenance team, to a high standard and timely manner.We require all applicants for the position of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) to possess the following:Acceptable Mechanical, Structural, and Avionics certification/qualification/experienceAbility to work a 7-day shift rosterProven ability to work in a close knit team environment, however, also has the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlinesUnderstanding and willingness to accept the sometimes harsh work environment of line maintenanceHold or ability to obtain an airport ASIC security ID and Airside Driver’s LicenseWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsSAAB 340 experience highly preferredExperience on transport category and/or turbo-prop aircraftExperience in Airline operations or relevant GA experienceConditions: Terms and conditions apply as per the Regional Express Aircraft Engineers Agreement 2018 - 2021.  Remuneration on offer is $58,641 - $131,992 per annum depending on licensing, qualifications and experience.For more information about being a Rex Engineer, including terms and conditions of employment, refer to the link below:https://www.fwc.gov.au/documents/documents/agreements/fwa/ae503439.pdfTo apply:Please submit your application with CV and a copy of your licence by close of business 30 July 2022.
