An Aircraft Support Officer is primary responsibility to ensure efficient and smooth operations on the ground to facilitate the safe and timely departure and arrival of aircraft. The position will operate under the supervision of the Ramp Leading Hand.Duties and responsibilitiesPerform various aircraft handling tasks, including marshalling aircraft and ensuring the safe movement coordination of aircraft on the groundHold Safety as a core valueAssist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargoEnsure proper handling, sorting, and delivery of baggage to the designated areas while adhering to safety and security proceduresSupport ramp operations, such as the positioning of ground support equipment, waste cart, and potable water activities.Operate and maintain ground handling equipment, such as tugs, loaders, and belt loaders. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, pilots, and other airport personnel to ensure efficient operations.
