Customer Service Training Manager

An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and highly motivated person to join the Rex Airport Team as a Customer Service Training Manager. This is a full-time role based in Sydney.Reporting to the Manager of Airport Services Ground Training and Development  - The Customer Service Manager will act as team lead for the Ground Training team to ensure smooth running of Customer Service elements across the network.Duties and Responsibilities:Strong Delivery focus to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at  ground levelAssist with the supervision and management of all ground training activities including on-boarding and grooming guidelinesProvide oversight and support to contracting ground handling agents ensuring all ports meet Rex StandardsManage Ground training and Instructor scheduling, standardisation, and additional duties.Maintain the readiness of all Customer Service training materials, courseware, and training equipment.Develop and maintain ground service procedures and manualsDevelop, utilise, maintain and revise training lesson plans and publications including Manual reviewsAssist in completing and revising ground school syllabiIntegrate Human Factors training with technical (procedural) and non-technical training with a strong delivery focusCSO Training Supervisor roll outKey Selection Criteria:Minimum three years’ experience in a teaching/training aviation environment.Sabre experience preferred but not necessaryEffective communication skillsPositive and professional attitudeWell organisedAbility to multi-task and handle multiple prioritiesHighly motivated and interested in being part of a small and talented teamAnalytical skills with proficiency using Microsoft products to include; Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet.Flexibility to travel around the Rex network for training purposes if requiredManagement, organisational, public relations, technical, problem solving skills required.Conditions:Salary and conditions will be discussed with the successful applicant.To Apply:Please submit your application with CV and cover letter via our careers page https://careers.rex.com.au/job-details/query/8245226 by 31 July 2021.You must apply via the link above to be considered.
